The Body Iron Core Trainer is constructed with heavy-duty steel which allows for smooth movements when in use while also being long lasting. 

Body Iron Core Trainer are compatible with the following racks with a bolt gap of 7cm. Simply bolt it on to a rack.  Bolts not included 8mm diameter.  Most racks you can use the bolts that are on the rack.
