VERVE Rubber Change Plates

The VERVE rubber change plates offer the ability to macro load a bar to any specific weight increment as low as 0.5kg. These weights are perfect for breaking through PB plateaus by edging on barely noticeable weight. Over time this small progression adds up to significant gains.

These plates are designed to fit with any VERVE barbell, all of which comply to the Olympic Weight Lifting standard of 50mm (2") diameter centre hole.

Buy them as pairs of 2 plates or simply order the complete set of 7 pairs of plates (14 plates total)
